The University of Kabianga held a two-day bioethics training course on 7th and 8th May 2018. This initiative was part of the University’s commitment to the UNESCO bioethics Unit’s goal of creating awareness and integrating bioethics training in all disciplines. Forty four (44) academicians, researchers and clinical service providers, successfully completed the course. The Secretary General of the Kenya National Commission for UNESCO, Dr Evangeline Njoka in her speech read by Prof Kipemboi, applauded the University of Kabianga on this initiative and committed to work together on ethics training.
