Prof. Eric Koech takes over as the second UoK Vice-Chancellor

Prof. Eric Koech took over the mantle of Leadership University of Kabianga as the second Vice-Chancellor, in a colorful ceremony on Friday 29th September, 2023.

"I’m especially excited to lead UoK at this pivotal moment in time. We are at an historic moment in the evolution of digitalization of service delivery to clients. There’s so much energy and momentum on this topic right now. This is incredibly important because it has raised our collective awareness that there is still more to be done. Rapid technological change is impacting everything". Prof. Koech said in his acceptance speech. He further said, "I am thrilled to be the in – coming Vice-Chancellor and looking forward to working with all the institution’s fraternity".

Present during the occasion were the University Council led by the Chairman, Dr. Adelaide M. Mbithi.
