Books Donation to UoK Library

On November 8, 2023, Dr. Evans Odhiambo Wabwire and Dr.Otieno Juma of the UoK Department of Humanities' School of Education, Arts, and Social Sciences donated a number of volumes to the University of Kabianga library.

The books include global adaptation to climate change, emissions gap, and environmental policy making. The books were written in collaboration with the World Meteorological Organization, United in Science, UN Environment Program, Global Environment Outlook, Global Carbon Project, Global Framework for Climate Services, and Future Earth.

The library staff was thrilled to receive the donations, which would greatly enhance its collection of the most recent findings on climate change, as it is a topic that interests people all around the world.

Everyone is welcome to visit the library and check out the books, but department employees and students are strongly encouraged.
